Concert Transportation in New Jersey

Getting to a concert is the easy part. The hard part comes after the encore, when tens of thousands of people head for the same exits, and phone signal fades. Our concert limo service in NJ is planned backward from that moment: before the first song, you know where the car will be, how long it will take to get out, and what happens if the show runs late.

The New Jersey Venues Our Chauffeurs Drive to Most

MetLife Stadium and the Prudential Center see the most of our concert rides, followed by the PNC Bank Arts Center in the summer and smaller shows at the Wellmont and the Stone Pony:

  • MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford: the region’s biggest stadium tours, with our cars using the car service area between Lots D and E; the full plan is on our page about rides to MetLife Stadium.
  • Prudential Center, Newark: arena concerts downtown, where we meet you at a spot agreed near the arena; details are with our Prudential Center pickups.
  • PNC Bank Arts Center, Holmdel: the summer amphitheater off the Garden State Parkway, where private cars use the area assigned by the venue’s parking staff; see how our Holmdel concert nights work.
  • The Wellmont Theater, Montclair: theater shows just off Bloomfield Avenue, with a side-street meeting corner explained on our page for the Wellmont in Montclair.
  • The Stone Pony, Asbury Park: club shows steps from the boardwalk and an outdoor summer stage.
  • Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City: arena shows inside the historic hall, where cars cannot go onto the Boardwalk itself.

Where the Car Waits After the Show, and How Long It Takes to Leave

The meeting point is agreed before the show and texted to you, so nobody has to search for the car in the crowd. These are the spots and the typical time to clear the area after a sold-out night:

Venue Where the chauffeur meets you Time to get out after a sold-out show
MetLife Stadium Car service area between Lots D and E 45 to 75 min
Prudential Center Pickup spot agreed with you near the arena 20 to 30 min
PNC Bank Arts Center Area the venue’s parking staff assign to private cars Usually well before the general lots clear, since private cars skip the general exit line
The Wellmont Theater Side-street corner a block or two from Bloomfield Avenue, agreed before the show; you text when you are out 10 to 15 min
The Stone Pony A block or two away, because Ocean Avenue is busy on summer nights; the car comes to the corner when called 15 to 20 min
Boardwalk Hall Pacific Avenue side of the hall, at a spot agreed by text 15 to 25 min

For stadium shows, pick one easy landmark near where the car will wait and share it with the whole group before the show starts. Phone signal around the stadium can be weak when the crowd leaves, and a landmark works even when texts do not.

Staying in touch until everyone is in the car is the chauffeur’s job on any busy night, as one client wrote after a late arrival:

“Our Airbrook limo driver, Edison was courteous and professional. Our flight arrived late and he stayed in contact with me until we could meet up with him Outstanding service!!!” (Deeni P., Google review)

Round Trip or By the Hour: How Waiting Works on Concert Nights

Concert rides are booked one of two ways. On a round trip, the return pickup is set for the expected end of the show, and the first 15 minutes of waiting are free. After that, waiting is billed by the minute, from $65 per hour for a sedan, $80 for an SUV and $90 for a van, and if the wait gets long we may turn the booking into an hourly one. When a show runs late, or the encore goes long, call or text dispatch and we let the chauffeur know; the chauffeur stays and waits.

Clients who expect a long night usually book by the hour instead, so the car waits during the show and nobody watches the clock. The usual booking is 5 to 6 hours for MetLife, 5 hours for the Prudential Center, and 6 to 7 hours for the PNC Bank Arts Center, and a chauffeur booked by the hour can also cover dinner before the show.

Starting Prices From the Rochelle Park Area

These are starting prices from our home base in Rochelle Park, for a sedan and an SUV, booked either as two one-way rides or by the hour:

Venue Sedan, each way Sedan by the hour SUV, each way SUV by the hour
MetLife Stadium $395.36* $481.50* (5 h) to $576.40* (6 h) $737.00* $591.00* (5 h) to $707.80* (6 h)
Prudential Center $128.72* $489.34* (5 h) $194.42* $598.84* (5 h)
PNC Bank Arts Center $408.06* $589.10* (6 h) $749.70* $720.50* (6 h)

*Starting prices from our online booking form, confirmed by Air Brook in September 2026. Tolls and parking are not included and are added, and a gratuity of at least 15% is added to every reservation. Sprinter and mini bus prices are quoted on request.

For MetLife and the PNC Bank Arts Center, two one-way rides are quoted on request, and many concert clients book by the hour instead, which keeps the car close for the whole night. For the Prudential Center, two one-way rides are the more economical choice when you know roughly when the show ends.

From a Date Night Sedan to a Sprinter Full of Friends

Our car service for concerts runs from a single sedan to a mini bus, sized to the group:

  • a sedan for up to three passengers, for a date night or a solo show
  • an SUV for up to six, so a small group of friends arrives together
  • a Mercedes Sprinter for up to 14, the usual choice for birthday groups and fan clubs
  • a 23-passenger mini bus with premium rear audio for bigger groups

A typical booking: a birthday group of ten friends in a Mercedes Sprinter to a stadium concert at MetLife, with two pickup stops in Bergen County, a drop-off at the car service area, and the ride home right after the show. Evenings with more stops belong to our night on the town service, and bridal parties can build a show into their bachelorette party plans.

Occasionally, we also handle airport and hotel transfers for small crews or an artist’s team, usually in SUVs with a Sprinter for the gear, booked for one or two days through the event planner.

Plans change even on concert day, and one client remembered how dispatch fixed a last-minute problem with her concert pickup:

“We used them for the first time to pick us up for a concert and booking was so seamless! We had a small snafu with our booking, we called them today and handled it with a dispatcher named Joe, who was SO helpful and SO nice …” (Erin C., Google review)

Close up hand with phone at the concert hall. Crowd at the concert and blurred stage lights.

Drinks, Tolls and Game Nights at the Same Venues

Can we bring drinks into the vehicle?

Alcohol is not permitted in our vehicles without our prior written consent. If your group wants to discuss it, ask when you book, well before the night of the show.

How are tolls charged on a concert ride?

Tolls are added to the fare at the round-trip rate, and parking is added as well, so the quote from dispatch shows them separately from the ride.

Do you also drive fans to games at MetLife and the Prudential Center?

Yes. The meeting points are the same, and our game-day transportation covers games at the region’s stadiums and arenas.
